Online Enrollment
Online enrollment in PowerSchool opens June 27. You will receive an automated email, inviting you to enroll your child. You can pay your fees online through the Seaman webstore. Call the tech department at 785-286-8483 if you need your login info. There will be a link to the Seaman webstore at the end of the enrollment email to pay fees.

If you complete online enrollment and have paid your fees online, there is no need to attend the walk-in enrollment. Walk-in enrollment will be held on July 27, 3:00-7:00 pm at Seaman Middle School.

Free/Reduced Meal and Fee Info
Direct Certification Letters will be mailed from Seaman Food Service to eligible households in July. Households receiving this letter do not need to fill out a Free & Reduced paper application. Households receiving the letter for Direct Certification have the right to decline the benefits. 

On July 1st all current students and new students will be full paid. Students will need money on lunch accounts unless they have received a letter from USD 345 stating that they have been approved for Free or Reduced meals for the 2022-2023 school year by the end of July.

The Free and Reduced Application will not be available until after July 1st, 2022. The application will be available online. All students will be considered full price until a completed application is received and approved by Nutrition Services staff unless direct certified.

Out-of-District Enrollment
Out-of-district students may be admitted to the extent that staff, facilities, equipment, and supplies are available. Applications are accepted between April 1 and July 31. You will be notified in writing of the decision.
